11 days ago the Lord answered our prayers and transferred Donald to Akron General / Cleveland Clinic. Since this journey has started we have prayed for doors to close where he is not to be and open where HE wanted Donald.
3 options were given… The James, Cleveland Clinic Main Campus or Akron General… while I was driving up here I was reaching out for “opinions” and “reviews”. …
The James got eliminated due to insurance. So the choice was main campus but…. I did not feel that was the place to be. So 12 days ago, when I actually got to the hospital I listened a lot… when I returned to the Wooster hospital 11 days ago I shared “if you were meant to be there I feel we would have answered by now”. Sooo when the Surgeon / Dr came in we shared this and asked comfort them to go ahead and check Akron… doors opened almost instantly. Only God!!!
Donald was transported that evening… strapped in as if he were going on an amusement ride (they don’t even strap you in this good)😂
God has shown up time and again…. Faith, easy to wear a shirt or hat proclaiming yet it is hard… I absolutely know without a doubt what God CAN do but… I also know when we pray for HIS WILL to be done … I know I sit here wondering is His Will different from our hearts desires. Learning to trust the
outcome and “knowing” there is plan working around us, God is always working situations out to bring glory and honor to Him and show love and faithfulness to us, His children.
I know how many times I give things to The Lord and then stick my fingers in it. I know how it’s hard to understand when The Lord says to do something and when done others look and wonder why we do things differently then originally stated… obedience is hard but so worth it..
Today… we are listening and patiently waiting for next steps.
Hahaha…. in the midst of writing this …. Thank you Lord for answers and confirmation. A call came in and God IS working….
